Shipping within the US:

Free shipping applies to orders over $25 and only applies to items shipped within the US. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. Orders will be shipped out from Texas using FedEx. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Box, APO/FPO addresses. All orders are insured. We usually ship 1-2 business day after we receive payment (E-check payment will have 3-4 business days delay). Tracking number will be emailed to customer via Paypal or in a separate email.

Shipping to Canada:

We charge the exact amount that Fedex charges us for shipping. To get a shipping quote for small orders to Canada, please send an email.

Shipping to Europe, Japan and Australia:

All international customers must have a verified Paypal account. Customers are responsible for import tax. Please send an email so we can get an exact shipping quote for you. For international shipping we use the US Post Office. Products that contain alcohol are not allowed to be shipped to some countries. Please send an email for a shipping quote before making an international order. Several local post offices in the Houston area refuse to allow us to ship liquids outside the US so we can only use Fedex to ship liquids outside the US. Fedex charges us about $75 to ship a two pound shampoo or liquid containing package to Europe. Non liquid containing packages have much lower rates.
